I thought this would stay exclusive to the 360 but I guess not.
I have both the 360 and ps3. 360 for gaming and Ps3 for movies. I dont watch much netflix on my 360 because I am scared of it getting the rrod. So since my ps3 is a tank I am happy the the ps3 is getting netflix so I can watch it on my hdtv without worrying my 360 getting the rrod
The bad thing is that netflix for ps3 will be on disc till 2010. You can get this disc here for free. i already have mine reserved

I think it's a good thing. While I favor the 360, it's great that PS3 users will get to use this great feature (provided they pay, lol). We use Netflix on our TiVo instead of the 360 because it's faster. Will probably test out the function on the PS3 to see if it's faster than the 360. I'm sure 360 fanboys are ticked, but it's really a win ..... for those who disliked Bluray. It shows that DLC and and streaming media is the next major format.

Actually the interface is 2d and a very slow loading time. Im sure the loading will change when its built into the XBM.

It's new and takes time. Like you said, it will get faster. I just got it yesterday and I know what you mean about the times. I give it maybe a month before it is running smooth.

What is the disc for? I don't get it. On my Tivo it's just here. On the 360, it's there, what's the disc for?

The disc is for the poor gamers who don't have Xbox 360 and have to use discs to watch streaming movies. Does that make any sense? ahaha you need a disc to stream movies. Talk bout missing the point!

That's pretty lame that you need a disc. I will stick to watching Netflix movies on my Tivo until the PS3 can start streaming without a disc.

Get over yourself Maximus. Usually when someone spends all their time bashing another console, it's because they don't have confidence in their own. Enjoy your console of choice. I like playing both my PS3 and 360. Why? Because they both have good games.
And yes my Netflix still has that delay loading, but I really like it.
